Also, a great help from Jayson setting all financial aspects and helps us to find the best way for the purchase. Thanks Vince and James for allowing me to test drive a 2019 SQ7 as a walk-in. Shame the team in new cars on ground floor didn’t enquire about my interest in the showroom floor stock (exact spec I’m looking for) but it was nice to take the time to look myself.
I spoke with Ahmad Chaouk on the phone before heading to their dealership. He was polite and helpful on the phone which made me comfortable. When I met him in person, he welcomed us with a big smile, kept us comfortable in our seats by offering drinks and always trying to provide the best outcome for us. Having just recently purchased an Audi from Shane we were very impressed by his professionalism and willingness to ensure a smooth process from our first meeting, test drive, purchase and subsequent delivery. Shane kept us informed as to the delivery date and we were pleased with his interactions with us and his commitment to customer service. Shane was always quick to return calls or emails and willing to answer any questions that we may have had.
