We are so impressed with the facilities here (so many toys and creative educational resources for kids) but also the staff are fabulous. From Sandra to the group leaders in the rooms to the chef and cleaners you all do a fabulous job and we're very grateful that we chose your centre. Thank you and keep up the great work. It is much appreciated and you deserve to be told you're all doing a great job.

Have been trying to talk with Director / person responsible for enrolments, for 1 week. I have been told three times and once promised, that I would receive a call back. Still nothing...not impressed nor feeling any good vibes. Sorry, but I won't be pursuing any more; you've lost my business.
Terrible customer service. We were on the wait list for 6 months and had no communication from the Learning Sanctuary. I called 7 weeks before we needed care and was told they had availability but couldn’t enrol my daughter until 6 weeks before her start date. So I completed the enrolment pack and waited to hear back. When I followed up they said they were just waiting on the centre manager but it was all good. When I called back a week later they had no availability! No communication to me at all during this time. So frustrating to deal with their call centre as you always go through to people who can’t help you and get told to wait for call backs than never come.
