I have had one of the worst experiences with New Foods Solutions. I placed an order to have gluten free cake mixes done and provided all packaging and boxes. After 6 months of waiting and listening to constant lies about manufacturing delays, computer problems, supply problems, factory closed for maintenance problems, staff on leave problems, staff being sick problems, IT system down problems, etc I received nothing. I then requested to have all my packaging back and was advised that the pallet was ready for a pick up, and then was told that the pallet WAS picked up by TNT Express. However, TNT confirmed that when the driver came to pick it up, New Foods warehouse was closed so they NEVER picked it up! TNT was investigating it and the owner even lied to TNT saying that the driver picked up a pallet, and he saw the truck and a driver with his own eyes! I wanted to re-brand these mixes and sell them as clearance sale, and focus on a new brand. Three month towards waiting, I changed my mind so I didn't want to have mixes done under old brand any more, and I asked the owner to cancel my order, but he said it was half way through. I later on found out that the production was never even started. Interestingly enough, I was happy to give them old packaging if they asked because I had no use for it. All these lies, theft and wasted time was for nothing. I decided not to start legal actions or call the police, it wasn't much money anyway and I didn't want to waste any more time on this. I just want to move on and find reliable and honest contract manufacturer. I hope my feedback will help anyone who is considering working with them. Be cautious.
