I’ve been getting my Mazda serviced through west point auto for a few years now and safe to say.. what an experience! Every time I walk in the door I’m always greeted with a big smile. My car is always returned super clean and the pricing here is great, compared to getting it serviced at the Mazda service centre. Highly recommend!! Will be going back for years to come.

Take extra care the people of this dealership are dishonest and try to avoid doing warranty work, in my case they altered invoices in addition to providing an unpleasant customer service.

I don't understand why the negative reviews. I have been using this service centre for over 4 years. The manager and staff really know their stuff about cars, especially Jeep. The service is always of a high standard, guide me with what repairs are required now and the others at a later date. Honest advise and brilliant service!

Had Grand Cherokee serviced here on Friday. Service cost over 600 with diesel filters changed and wheel rotation, balance and wheel alignment. - I checked under bonnet on Saturday to discover a hose had been left off causing oil to spray around engine compartment. - I checked the air filter element, it was untouched as it still had a feather and bugs in it that were there before the service, I checked this myself beforehand. - They called during the service to advise that I needed to have the power steering fluid changed, I didn't consent. Upon checking this on Saturday, I discovered that the power steering reservoir cap was still covered in dust and had not been opened at all to inspect the fluid. - I have serious doubts they rotated and balanced the wheels as there is a marked wheel on the back that is still there. - The wheel alignment is now so bad that the steering wheel must be turned to almost a 1o'clock position to travel straight which is very tiring to fight against the wheel all the time and dangerous. - Almost 300 to change 2 fuel filters that can be done as the oil is draining from the engine and would take no more than 15 minutes is a blatant money grab but my own fault for trusting a dealer service centre. Do not go here to look after your vehicle that you have spent your hard earned money on, they will not do the job your paying or expecting them to.

Bought a 2015 Grand Cherokee and had it serviced here. Had a minor fault that they "Could not replicate" over many services. Sent a video of it doing it. They still refused to fix it as they had no written record of me mentioning it at any service, they did however destroy an expensive throttle controller that was disconnected before the service, but that they had to play with. Now they will not fix the car fault as warranty has run out, and once again nothing in writing about the fault mentioned over three years. Got it repaired elsewhere and was a very minor fault. Over 50 to replace a streaking wiper, that streaked in the rain three days after replacement anyway. Quote over 800 to replace the battery, not because it was needed, but because the service schedule says they should. Other parts marked before service, paid for replacements, old parts left in the car and not replaced. I won't but any more jeeps or get them serviced at this place. 0 Stars if I could. Edit: They never once rotated the tyres on a service. The spare is still brand new and unworn in the boot to this day.

Don't normally do negative reviews, just don't go back but need to break my rule for this one. Purchased and payed for parts and was told it would take 5 - 7 days ex Melbourne. Parts turned up over 2 weeks later. Excuse was East Coast fires. Feasible but I also ordered parts from another company at the same time that turned up in 5 days to my door as promised. I suspect they were holding off sending my parts so they could add to the order and make it worth their while. Got the phone call that the parts were in so I finish work early and head off to get the parts. I got to there at 502pm just as they were closing the door. I explained to the gentleman that I had just driven over an hour and the parts were overdue just to have him say "too bad spare parts shut at 430pm and service shuts at 5pm and I would need to come back tomorrow". I know I was late but a bit of empathy would have been nice in this situation. I also note that the sign on the door and google says both parts and servicing close at 5pm. Anyway I went back the next day to get my parts and it took the helpful young lady at spares all of 2 minutes to get them. At least she was helpful. One good thing to come out of all this I have found Jeep recyclers in Hervey Bay who sell new mopar parts, they are friendly and knowledgeable. I know that you will now bag me and say this is all my fault, and I except I was late but Jeep you have a bad name in the motoring industry, don't add to it with bad and rude customer service. To the guy who told me to come back tomorrow, remember karma will come back to get you at the most inconvenient time.

Can never fault the customer service & management at this place. Always happy to fit my car in & provide a loan car if needed! Very welcoming place even with having to sit with an upset bubba, happy to provide the kids channel to keep those little ones busy.

So to be honest I am always worried going to a dealer. But boy. These people are awesome. I had an airbag recall done. From the moment I rang them till the moment I picked it up. This car is my weekend baby and I hate anyone working on it. The offered me a loan car. Even did additional work that I asked for at late notice and they were busy. Plus the lady Cheyenne was so helpful. Couldn't fault them and even washes the car. Andrew behind the scenes was good to. Thanks to everyone there
