Very unpleasant to work with. I needed a simple roof beam to replace a load bearing wall we removed. The engineer gave me one price on the phone but a different price after having a look at the job. When i tried to call to discuss the job further, he threatened to charge me more. Later charged me more by stating that he has to come to inspect the property again despite stating earlier that photos would suffice.
