Please improve your services . Peoples who lives in other cities facing problems as they cant come to Sydney or Canberra for just 5 minutes to modify and renew passport . Please make it easy through online system .We will be thankful to you .

I believe our own attitude does set a tone to how others communicate with Us...but unfortunately hierarchy is embadded in pakistani culture witch is changing slowly as more n more well educated and proud pakistanis are saying enough is enough and putting a message of Fair go on the agenda. Each one of the members of the Counsulate is an ambassador of pakistan and they should happy and helpful faces for people visiting them they should remind themselves they are getting PAID to help people with there questions in AU. Dont just be another worker be positive be happy and leave a LEGACY !!!
