As a plumber I needed a set up that was both functional for work and play. Coming from a family of boilermakers myself, I knew that the quality was outstanding when I first saw a buffalo tray. I would highly recommend Buffalo Equip to anyone wanting a tray, canopy, toolboxes etc.. The team are fantastic from ideas, to drawings, to manufacture, the process was easy going. They listened to what I wanted and custom made it to my needs My tray set up was so good, I had 3 friends go and get there's completed as well by the team at Buffalo. Well worth the money and I will be definitely using them on my second work vehicle.

The workmanship is outstanding, and the customer service is world class whilst still being a 'little old fashioned'/personal - which I was completely blown away by - You don't get that level or service in many places these days. I have a 2016 Colorado and got a Buffalo tray with water tank, reverse camera mount and rear parking sensors (mounted in custom brackets). It is rare this day and age that you can go to a local fabrication shop, speak with the owner and have a product turn out at the end that exceeds your expectations. Sam and the team are clearly leading the way in custom ute trays. I cannot recommend Buffalo Equip highly enough; you will not be disappointed!
We bought a truck which had a custom buffalo tray. It wad half the reason we purchased it! It's a serious tray and extremely well built. I've called Rob several times and found him extremely professional and always ready to help. He has given me heaps of time and advice even when hes not profiting from it. One time I rang outside hours, didn't bother to leave a message knowing companies rarely call you back these days. Next day he followed up to see what he can help with. Dead set Rob, if you're not CEO you ought to be! Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company!

HAd a HD aluminum tray added to my Hilux. Everything and more than promised. What impressed me though was a couple of years later I thought I had a rattle. Sam was keen to investigate. But as soon as I got out of the car he said "it's not going to be the tray". And it wasn't, but a deflated airbag rattling around. Why would he bother to take the time to even look at it knowing it wasn't his problem? I had the tray a few years, not a potential customer. Because that is what customer service is I guess. As a postal contractor in the Northern Territory I do big Kilometres on some of Australia’s roughest roads / tracks, rain, hail or shine. I have been using Buffalo Trays for almost the last decade, every new ute gets a custom built tray to my specifications. My last Landcruiser was rolled by an employee and we are pretty confident the tray saved his live. Great Quality, great options, great service. I will be back. 5 Stars
Sam and his team really go the extra mile to ensure every weld and every hinge are perfect, exactly the reason you get a custom tray from these guys and not a cheap one. Buy once, buy right.
