Bought a displayed bed from this store. Being a displayed item, it was 100 cheaper than the one in box. However, before leaving the store, i clearly asked the staff name Geralt OD, "besides being displayed, is there anything wrong with the item", he clearly stated " no,nothing wrong, just being a displayed". I then paid half deposit and oraganised date and time for delivery. On delivery date, called this man on his mobile phone provided few times with voice mail. However, never received a call back. Eventually, he answred the phone and delivered the item at night. When bed arrived, it was noted to be damaged at the back of head frame. when raised a concerned, he stated "i just saw this now". I said to him, are you kidding me? You are th eone who dismantal th ietm and you are the one who delivered the item and now you telling me that you saw the damage now. To me, he is extremely unprofessional and Lier. I don't know how he can run a business like this. After waiting for 4 days, I got my bed but DAMAGED and he goes to me, if you want, pay extra then will give you new. Then he said, he is a busy man as if we are dancing whole day whole night doing nothing. He should confirm this with the costumer before delivering the item. Such a rude person. Regardless of all these, I paid him full amount and ask hm to leave my house.
