Do not use Ray White Coast Edge to manage your property, very poor service and you will get what you pay for! I have had to chase up things myself such as smoke alarm testing and routine inspections. They have very poor communication and refused to do an inspection because of covid. I received my end of year statement from them and they haven't recorded the expenses correctly I asked them to correct it and they told me to correct it myself. Changing real estate agents to manage my property was the best thing I did!
Visited a house for rental this morning but very dissapointed at the false advertising & not being truthful. Total waste of time. These real estates on the coast all think you can move in & out of properties in 6 months? We needed to know why there was a DBL Garage at the rear full of the owners storage & when he will empty it? She had No idea? They will be sued by someone one day soon for misleading people this way!

I sent through an email application for a property I was really interested in. After 2 days having not received any kind of response to indicate they have received my application I called both the “property managers” on the advertisement, one number was disconnected the other went through to a recorded message so I contacted the office number. I was told no one who could help was in but they asked for my details and said they would follow up. I decided to send another email letting them know I am very interested and happy to negotiate on price, still no response. After a week since the initial email and a few days since the second one I sent another email asking if there was any update and finally got a response saying that the application was with the landlord. I called the office again on the Monday and got the same person I had spoken to the previous week who had never gotten back to me and who said that she has no information, made no attempt to offer to get someone to contact me and pretty much fobbed me off. Today being Tuesday the property has now been taken down, clearly offered to someone else, which is fine if there was a more suitable applicant I can understand that. However having made 5 attempts to contact and not being given any information, continually being fobbed off and not being advised at all about the property being off the market - which other agencies do continuously, Wisebury sends out automatic emails to everyone who expressed interest when a property is taken off the market - I feel the service was very poor and would be concerned having this company in charge of a property I am living in with their lack of capability and professionalism in sending through a simple email acknowledging my application in the first place.
Michael and team are extremely professional in finding tenants, managing the relationship, and maintaining the communication between the tenant and landlord. If there are any problems, they are met with swift resolutions and I can not recommend the team highly enough. Keep up the great work.
As a landlord I always find communication easy and matters promptly attended to. Inspections are regular and reported to me - any maintenance issues are discussed and sorted. Staff are personable and professional in the way they interact with me and (importantly) my tenants.
