Easy parking. Covid safe seating in place which was good to see. Inside the shop the air con was cold. Not terribly inviting. Friendly service though.

Well I thought that kfc woy woy is the only KFC which specialises in making people wait, but i was wrong, kfc wyoming is the new CHAMP...... Really unbelievable how all of these people were waiting for more than half hour and when i came inside everybody started laughing and asked me if i am here to have my order picked as well as everyone told me they are waiting since so long. What a shame. These two girls, Sienna and the girl with the tattoo on her arm and her eylash curled were unbelievable. Really poor customer service
Finger licking good! Always ask for salt on the chips because they sometimes forget. No one wants salt-less chippies.
An error was made for our door dash delivery... But these guys were amazing to help fix it up no fuss and sorted in minutes. ️ Opposite to be said for door dash! Horrible "customer service" KFC Wyoming: Doordash: - 5 stars

Great little KFC store located on the Central Coast, great customer service from the young girls working behind the counter and the correct order, what more could a customer ask for.
This is our local KFC and usually service could not be faulted! However on this occasion this was the most disorganised KFC shift I have seen. Now I know the company is trying to encourage the use of 'Drive thru', but there are occasions we people want to or have to order in store. On this occasion I felt like a second class customer. I stood at the counter for almost 4 minutes before even being recognised, eventually a very pleasant young lady came and took my order. ( 6 wicked wings, a double tender burger & large chips). Wings and chips bagged almost immediately. As for the burger, it was called to be prepared 4 times. Eventually the burger was prepared. nice and fresh, but upon arriving home ( 1 1/2 minute drive) wings an chips were cold and soggy! Come on guys this is very disappointing you are letting your employer down but more importantly ME your customer, as a local and regular customer I have had better service from you on many occasions. YOU CAN AND MUST DO BETTER, as there are many food outlets around you and another KFC about 7 minutes away at Wet Gosford!!!!Hope this was just a hic-up, and please lift your game ! If I was a visitor to the Coast I would very upset as this could be the hard earned savings for a short stay!
