What exceptional service we received from Ryan last month. He was just incredible! He was efficient, helpful and friendly. He was also clean, prompt, and very knowledgeable! The workmanship on our plantation shutters was also fantastic! Thank you Ryan! On a particularly hot day, with three small children in our home and under a cloud of covid, Ryan really made the whole installation a breeze! This is our experience so far and we still haven't had our blind installed, you make your mind up. 3/12/20 - we had Matt.C visit our property to do a quote. Sadly we paid a 50% deposit on the promise that we'd receive a phone call from an installer in a week and that he would come out and measure up properly. We were told the whole process would be 6 weeks in total. We waited a week and heard nothing, we called and left a message to no avail. We called again the following week, still no response. We continued to call right up until Christmas. We finally received a response in the new year and the installer came out and measured up the window. He told us 1 month.... 1 month passed and we heard nothing, once again I had to chase them up. This time, I heard from the owner, apologising for the lack of communication and delay, she promised me that I'd be receiving a phone call the next day about when the blind was due. Again we heard nothing and I followed it up a week later. I got a response back 2 days later saying our blind was due to be despatched in a weeks time and a fitter would call to install. I received a call today 17th Feb, saying our blind would be despatched to the installer in 1-2 weeks. So, this is where we are so far. If I could cancel this order to get my money back I would, the company is appalling to deal with. Sadly we're stuck in it and if we ever see this blind being installed it will be a miracle. Good luck to anyone thinking of dealing with this company, you're going to need the patience of a saint.

DON'T use these people! Made false promises about the upkeep and cleaning of the Crimsafe door then when the key (they provided me with) broke in half leaving it inside the door barrel, they washed their hands of it. Always get verbal promises in writing: Lesson learned.
Recently had 3 fly screens installed in my unit by Wynstan Drummoyne. Small job but they were efficient and made it easy. Quick measure and quote, back a few weeks later when a lovely young chap installed them. No fuss, friendly. Good prices. Thanks
