We had bi-fold plantation shutters installed by Bill and Jordan. They did a brilliant job and the shutters look amazing. Operation of them was clearly explained on completion. Would not hesitate recommending Wynstan to others. Communication between the company and myself from quotation right through to installation was perfect. It's what keeps me coming back! :)

We had 2 CrimSafe doors installed. Arrived at the agreed time. Very professional installation by experienced tradesmen, led by Brendan. Everything cleaned and operation explained upon completion. Recommend without hesitation.
Sebastian did our installation. He was clean and efficient. He was honest with what was happening with the installation. (Issues with frame of the window etc). thank you. He was friendly and accommodating! Couldn’t really ask for better. All good!
We had significant issues regarding the completion of our order. However, cannot speak highly enough of the fitter, Richard Sammut, who was totally professional and very accommodating with us. Also Daniel, Nathan and Scott were always doing their best and very courteous at all times,. They made our plight as painless as possible as we manoeuvred through this unreasonably elongated process. We have dealt with Wynstan before and were very happy but if it wasn’t for Richard and others, this time would not be a 5star review.

Took around 5 weeks for security sliding door to be made. Installers were professional and courteous, and knew exactly what they were doing. They checked it thoroughly before leaving, and even vacuumed and swept up after themselves. Product looks great and solid/secure. No issue in using them again, thanks.
Firstly the Gentleman that came out to give us quote was very experienced and knowledgeable with the products they sold was very good a giving advice his name was Joe , I would say he is a asset to the company, the installation person that came out to the house was far more than great firstly he came out promptly and was very friendly and polite, he introduced himself as Danny . He knew what he was doing he checked everything he had and if they where ok and then checked the window area , he explained everything as he was doing it so the customer service was second to none. But our over all experience in store was not great the person who served us didn’t really want to help and she didn’t make a honest effort, regardless of her efforts the product is great and after service fantastic. I would highly recommend the product and installation but maybe try another store.

Thank you Wynstan for our lovely double roller blockout blinds. The fabric/materials are of such a high quality and are perfectly assembled. All the staff we've liased with are highly professional, warm and friendly (ladies at Blakehurst store, Joe - measure & quote, Sebastian & partner - installation). I highly recommend Wynstan. My only suggestion for improvement is to minimise the use of the little stickers on each blind for purpose of advertising (I had to remove 54 of them).
