Staff were very friendly, knew their products, and the prices were competitive. Very satisfied. Only issue I can see, unfortunately the selection of the site for the shop. Wrong side of Tingal Road. Away from main shopping area. I think the vacant shop site next to Salvation Army shop on Bay Terrace close to all the new Apartments being built would have more customer flow.

Good range and good loyalty program
Do you ever answer the phone? Ive called on 3 occasions and it just rings out.
The new store looks great but I can’t believe how small the range is. I went in because they advertised 50% off hair products but the hair section was tiny and they didn’t have what I wanted. I’m not sure how they’re going to compete with Chemist Warehouse, another chemist and 2 supermarkets nearby. Even Woolworths has about 3-4 times the range of hair care products. With such a small store, maybe forget about the chemist stuff and focus on the beauty side of things.
Staff are polite, respectful & provide a good shopping experience. Especially to young mothers.
This pharmacy has most products. Very helpful and friendly staff a pleasant experience shopping there.
How hard is it to have the store open when it says it’s meant to be open. Not hard for every other Priceline to handle.
Friendly staff but the stock is super limited! They have been open for almost a year and I couldn't even buy body wash. Big let down!
