We live in Victoria and purchased a custom size electric awning, and I was a little worried seen as it was being shipped from Brisbane. We received excellent advice and provided with a fact sheet and easy to install instructions. We are delighted with the purchase.

We purchased our Boss Shade Umbrella and were a little worried about freight, installation and support. We did have a cheaper bunning Umbrella previously but it did not last and was very flimsy. So we decided to do some research and ended up buying a Boss Shade 5m Umbrella. It arrived well-packaged inc, our bolt down base. We followed the instruction and within 40 mins the Umbrella was up. It is very strong and easy to operate. I am happy with our investment.
Our pool needed shade for our kids; we purchased a Boss shade Pool Umbrella. Installation was easy, and it's strong enough not to worry about the odd strong gust of wind. I can highly recommend these Umbrella's

We initially enquired about a Shade Umbrella for our outdoor area. We sent Ben some photos, and he advised we should consider an Electric folding arm Awning. We decided on a custom Awning, it took some time to get it, but it was well worthwhile ….. Our Awning is perfect!

Purchased a custom made Awning from Ben. It was an easy installation, we did need an electrician to put a need PowerPoint in, but Ben made us aware of it when we bought. He was very thorough.
We purchased 3 Umbrellas and an awning for our restaurant beer garden. The process was easy, installation could have been timelier, and the Awning took some time in production, but all in all, it’s a good result. (4 stars please)
