Best on the coast. We never waste anything from Doug's as the quality is so superior. I'm happy to pay a little extra to save money by not wasting or feeding dogs next door..sausages incomparable. Lamb roast Devine! I could go on but suffice to say we have tried so many butchers and this one simply NEVER disappoints. About to place my Xmas order with confidence that my guests will be full of compliments. I will happily take the credit thanks Doug n family. Have a wonderful holiday season. Bought a 4.5kg brisket here for a big Australia Day BBQ to put on our smoker. Product was from Cape Grim and it was absolutely beautiful quality. Other butches didn't have a fraction of the size of brisket Dougs were offering. Highly recommended.
