Great staff, caring and helpful
they appear to care about the animals. they get 2 stars for that. but they promise to keep you updated and don't so they lie. they charge for things they don't warn you about, so that is price gouging, very poor business practice. but if you are a billionaire and you want your four legged family member to be treated like the royal corgis regardless the cost you might appreciate their work. i however felt lied to, ripped off, and betrayed.
