Utterly Useless when it comes to dealing with people with depressive/anxiety conditions. After speaking to their clinicians a handful of times they told me to go back out into the community and seek my own care.

Great staff and they welcome you.Peter wassef is very professional and takes time to do his job .I would recommend him to all.His assistant Tess is so helpful and makes you feel at ease.Not forgetting the wonderful Lady who's name i didn't get who make my Denture.Mine was special denture so i don't gag..Ask for her if you have gag reflux..I would recommend this community center to everyone.You should be proud.Have a wonderful day.

Kerry the "receptionist" is a dense rock that does not HEAR or ANSWER any person in pain just repeat "do you still want the appointment 1 day always?" When I asked Kerr: can I speak to your supervisor?? Kerry still repeats "so you still want the appointment? Which leads me to speak to the ombudsmen. Who may have some empathy or compassion since i haven't needed a public dentist for 2 years I think I should get treated with a professional manner.

I gave up after being in on hold in a queue for 1 hour and 5 minutes. I only held on for 36 min yesterday before I took the option to receive a callback. This callback was made at 7.30am while I was driving to work, with a message saying I must call again. .. not that they'd call back.

My children had dentist-phobia prior to meeting Andrea and the guys at the dental care centre. Since then they’ve become very happy to attend appointments and having their teeth done. Thanks Andrea and team!
