This place has an awesome team, Ben is incredibly helpful and passionate and has top notch communication. Answered all my many questions, explained everything superbly, offered options and alternatives and generally made me feel like my bike was in good hands. Got a service and some new headers on my CB1000r, gained a decent amount of usable power, it feels great and sounds insane. Need any work or mods done and these guys will definitely help you out.

Great staff. Very helping when making appointment for bike service (Kawasaki Ninja 1000SX). Very kind to offer a ride after bike drop in the COVID time. Only issue I noted after the logbook service was some noise the bike makes on bumpy surface, as if something fell loose. Unsure what is the cause. Will get in touch with them again to have another look at the bike and update afterwards. Adden: Brought the bike back for the guys to have a look, the plastic bit protecting the swing arm from the chain was a bit loose. Glad that they believed what I said. Got fixed within 30 minutes. Awesome people here. Great service.

I haven't even actually received my bike back, but these guys are brilliant. Ben walked me through everything and I didn't feel like I was going into the typical mechanic that'll take you for a run with your money. Great, helpful team, really quick work on my CBR600F4i. I liked that they did a few extra things that had nothing to do with tyres (e.g. help me adjust my clutch freeplay), and gave me invaluable advice on doing some work myself!

As with most feedback on here, I can only say positive things about my experience with Nippon. I had a few tricky issues that came up during a roadworthy, which were handled one by one, and Ben's service was impeccable throughout.
