I work as an AIN with HCA, whilst completing my RN degree and I just have absolutely nothing but positives to say about this agency and company, amazing people who value their staff and are always lovely over the phone and email communications. I find I get consistent shifts and always at the same places so I get continuity of care. They listen to your preferences as well! I love this company and would definitely consider working with them as an RN in future too after getting experience!! Thank you HCA for being awesome

Well where do I start. Really bad experience. Resigned before I even did a shift. Firstly when I arrived for my interview they tried telling me that I had the day wrong and then when I told them "NO", I was told I had the time wrong. Once again "NO". I was then told I was supposed to see another person, not the person that I had had the first initial contact with "NO". Eventually I was called through by the "right" person who actually admitted that they remembered that the interview had been rescheduled but they FORGOT to updated their diary. Although I tried saying that I only wanted 1-2 shifts/per fortnight I was ignored and told I wanted 2-3/fortnight. REALLY! At no stage was I ever told that weekend shifts were very limited although I had said in my current permanent role I worked Monday to Friday. Once I was eventually made active, there was then an issue with my availability . I thought this job was casual and if I wasn't allocated shifts due to my limited availability that was my problem not HCA's but apparently not. I can only talk on the dealings I had with one staff member (MS), which were definitely far from welcoming and professional. I have been mislead and lied too and know that for my professional career I am better off not working for an organization like this. By the way, the uniform you posted last Tuesday still has not arrived although I live in Brisbane. Once again, I guess this was just another lie you told me. You probably never sent it as it was obvious from the start that you never intended for me to get far with this organization.

To start Tom and his mate I forgot his name they both were very curtious and very well mannered and helpful you should be very proud you have workers as these two

Couldn't be run by a bigger pack of liars and horrible staff if they could try. Do anything they can to stop paying you and lie through their teeth.

I have always been able to relate to the doctor and get my problems resolved.
