This was the worst customer experience I had in my life, not only in a brothel, but in general. After two weeks of waiting and a disastrous second visit, I can tell you nobody there cares about anything other than getting your money. I called their number, talked to the General Manager, gave her my number on a promise to be called back and another two weeks later I have not heard from her. They already had all the names, my contact details and the video of everything. I wrote them 4 times before, but I went through the motions anyway. On my first visit there I was stolen 70 worth of the time I paid, my subsequent complaint to the management was ignored and, when I went back to give the place another chance I was treated aggressively and in a demeaning way. Because I had the nerve to make a complaint in the first place. You may be lucky if you go there, if you are not, don't complain. It's useless. All they want is your money. Don't be fooled. Spend your money elsewhere. There is nothing Premium about this place other than the location and the paint on the walls. Also, read the 1 star reviews (skip the fake ones). The genuine 1 stars will reveal some interesting things for you. This is not a fake review.

After a disappointing visit to a different place in Brisbane, I was unsure about going here, but WOW! The manager on the desk was really friendly and helpful, I met a heap of gorgeous ladies and was excited to spend time with Mia. Gorgeous girl, amazing body and 10/10 skills in the bedroom. Everything was clean and tidy in the room and I will deffo be back! Cheers Mia the Minx for a great time
Yesterday night was my first time at cleo's and I ended up going with Quinn and she gave me everything I was wanting! She made me feel so welcome and relaxed she took great care of me I left feeling confident with a big smile on my face. I even opened up with her about my mental health struggles I've been going through, she cared so deeply about me. Spent an hour last night with the beautiful Jessica. She was fun, seductive and down to earth. My whole time was spectacular. The manager who greeted me was friendly and made me feel very comfortable, the selection of girls available for me to meet was great, all of them stunning but I know I made the perfect pick in Jessica, her curves and those to die for eyes had me at hello! I am disappointed to see so many fake bad reviews on here as they could not be further from my experience at Cleos. The room was clean and well put together and the covid regulations in place mean everything is cleaned to a high standard. Very please 10/10. Can't wait to come back. I could not be happier

It was the first time I've been to an establishment like this and it couldn't have been nicer. I was a nervous wreck when I arrived and when I told the receptionist it was my first time she patiently explained to me what to expect. All the ladies that came to meet me had time for my questions. I opted for a 'package deal' and glad I did. My lovely lady and I had a whole bunch of fun that I'll never forget! I came on here to write a much earned review and was surprised to see such negative ones submitted. Based on my experiences - seeing the establishment itself, having the wonderful experience that I did and seeing the comments from management to the bad reviews - I can see that they look fake. The whole place was clean, the rooms are spacious and beautiful. We had a spa in ours, but didn't use it (too busy otherwise!). I didn't encounter anyone rude, all the ladies were incredibly sexy and the prices obviously show that you're paying for a quality service. They say that you don't know if you really like something till you've tried twice....so I guess I'll be back then!
Been coming here for a while now. The managers and ladies make you feel welcome and not awkward like other places. The place is lush and beautiful just like the ladies. I would recommend to every bloke to come try at least once.
