Derek was clear about sleep APNEA, my options, didn’t biased about any product over another quickly got to a demonstration and proactively told me how to train myself into successful use. I’ve purchased a machine & used it for 11 days now and it’s been a really positive experience (good sleep at last!) Having travelled across Sydney across an unknown Google sea of un-differentiated CPAP providers because NSW CPAP had the highest average review on Google I can see why and will keep using them for any further questions (support included in the purchase) or future purchases.

3 weeks ago I went to nsw cpap to buy some accessories and resolve some issues with my air mini. I was served by Sarah. She recommended solutions that I had not considered. I have waited 3 weeks to write this review so I could gage the effectiveness of her advice. I can now unequivocally say that her service was exemplary. She was very helpful. Just recently purchased a machine from NSW CPAP online from ACT. I would have to say that this is the most approachable company I have ever dealt with. From the moment I purchased my Dreamstation machine online, it was delivered in a matter of days. Not before the nurse telephoned me to ensure the settings are correct and to ascertain my confidence that I am not alone in this experience and that they are a phone call away.
