As a foodie, I have never posted a review on-line before. I am doing so for the first time now because I wouldn’t want to deprive anyone, that has delicate taste buds, of the most delicious and yet cosy-elegant food experience in Sydney! This restaurant does not need to force an extra effort to please their customers but just naturally ensures everyone leaves overjoyed - thanks to the food, the beautiful interior architecture of the place, the level of service, wine choices and the ironed tablecloths. Will go back over and over...there’s no competition in Italian cuisine against this one! Okan & Naomi

Went for dinner on Valentines Day. The food was excellent and the service perfect. Prices were reasonable considering the quality. For fine Italian dining you will be happy you discovered I Maccheroni...
Gorgeous, authentic Italian restaurant with a wonderful owner and delicious food. We had bread with olives to start and two pastas - the black spaghetti with bugs and the more traditional al seafood pasta, and they didn’t disappoint! Lucky enough for this to be our local Italian, so we’ll absolutely be back, time and time again.
It's a fantastic little restaurant. Food, wine list and service are great, it is authentic Italian and also has vegan options! Wonderful atmosphere. It is a gem. Can't wait go there again!
Very well thought-out use of a reasonably small space. It feels very cosy while also allowing decent room to move around. The food is also fantastic, and you'd only need a small portion to feel full, as it's so richly flavoured. The house red is also great if you want something that will reliably go with most of the dishes. It's also worth mentioning that the pasta is in-house and incredibly fresh.
Absolutely amazing food, feels like what dining out should be about. Stunning produce cooked to perfection.
Fine Italian eatery. Waiters were passionate about the food with wonderful Italian accents. I had a crab linguine. It was delicious. Fresh and fine.
The ambience is so good, such a romantic setting for a first date. The Arancini was so good, I wish I ordered seconds. Swimmer Crab pasta has my thumbs up
