It be no starts if it could be. had to call twice to try and sort out a email for a quote on a shower chair the 1st guy Adam who i thought i was being respectful too I asked about delivery cost on top of the item and he said i had to email all detail to them i'm like cool thanks and hung up didn't think much about it at all after that i call the funds manager to confirm. 2nd call I made different person i ask if i could get that quote sent to the funds manager apparently Adam thought I was rude and complain to his fellow worker who took my 2nd call, I don't see how i was rude in the 1st call but i won't have This Adam guy making up stories about me being rude just to get out off work i guess so yes on the 2nd call I was a bit abrupt but it shouldn't of happened in the 1st place so much for being NDIS friendly won't be doing business with them ever

Was given very short notice by hospital that my husband would require an adjustable height chair on discharge. Friday morning being discharged Saturday. This company was on their list of suppliers. Called and explained what I needed and was told I have no idea what you are talking about. I said I need a chair that is height adjustable for my husband to sit in during day. was told "no idea what you mean . Explained that my husband had had a total hip replacement and needed a chair to sit in that was height adjustable for when he is up during the day. Surely if you work in this industry and are noted as a supplier by the hospital you should have some knowledge as to what is required. I was not asked any questions to ascertain exactly what was required just told don't know what you mean. I repeated what i needed and said sorry Im not sure what its called but felt that my explanation of what I required was not that hard to work out for someone in the industry. Eventually told you mean a day chair to which I said I guess so. I asked if I could hire one but would need from Saturday. A very abrupt reply. "We don,t work Saturdays" Fair enough but Im sorry we aren't open on the weekend would have been nice. I then and if there was asked any chance of today and was told bluntly Nah along with a huff. I would have been happy to pick up or anything as was desperate but was never offered any solution . This was not a case of me having left it until the last moment as had had the OT out to assess our house to see if we would need anything post operatively and was told all OK with seating. Phone manner appalling, Tone said straight away that its Friday and I dont give a ** or maybe thats everyday for this person.
If their service is anything like their driving I'd watch out. Almost run off the road by one of their drivers today and he followed it up with a nice hand gesture to both me and my grandma in the passenger seat. Probably not the best look when you're driving a branded company van.
The staff could not have been more helpful and friendly throughout this process. I would recommend them to anyone.
We rented an electric adjustable bed in February 2020 PROS • Friendly and helpful. Hopeless service. Website falsely represents realtime stock availability and when I queried why they are continuing to promote out-of-stock items the representative hung up on me.
