I found Emma 2 years ago, when I was trying to solve a problem of being a tradie working on the tools and also answering the phone, booking/co-ordinating jobs!!! Since this day I have had a fantastic working relationship with Emma and her wonderful girls!!!! Upclose and virtual has made my life so much easier and I always receive feedback from customers personally on how delightful the girls are that answer the phone!!! The things I like is with Emma, is I am talking to another business owner, so there is an understanding of some of the problems that may arise from time to time in business, Emma is always there for whatever I have needed, and I may also note my employees have a great working relationship with Emma's employees too!!!! I’ve been using the services of Upclose & Virtual for close to two years now. Emma and her team definitely provide that personalised service that I was looking for. They make sure they know how I like my business to run and they get to know a lot of my regular customers. I’ve been so impressed with their service that I even referred a few other businesses who also run trade businesses.
