How would you feel if your removals company cancelled your booking at short notice. Well that is how Alison and I feel about dealing with Badger. Badger phoned us today to cancel our confirmed booking for next week. Tim apparently is now driving a fruit and veg truck next week instead of moving us. We should have seen the warning signs when information submitted via Badger's website booking system 'disappeared' twice.
Badgers needed to do a major interstate move for us recently, and although this was challenging for them, they found a way and made it happen. Apart from a small breakage - which they have gladly replaced, all went smoothly and arrived on time!
Poor service....wanted to organize a quote via an email system . Hubby sent a detailed email a week ago and have recieved no reply. He has called 3 times with no call back. Will go elsewhere.
