Hired a truck. Scratched the side of the truck on a tree branch. Offered to pay what it would cost to fix this small amount of damage. They kept the 500 deposit. They would not provide receipts on how much it would actually cost to fix it. No accountability. Absolutely unreasonable and extortionate. They'll do anything to keep that 500 deposit. Have had much better treatment with other companies. Would definitely recommend hiring from a company in the city, it still ends up cheaper with the extra km because rates are much more competitive.
