First time visiting this shop today, I found the customer service exceptional. Kelly was very friendly and helpful assistive us today and so was the guy that helped carry my purchased items to the car. I highly recommend this shop and the staff. I don’t usually review anything but I was surprised by the negative reviews this place has received when it’s clearly a great place to shop.

Just bought new Ebike rack for my family bikes, great help was told easy to assemble and was! My Next bike could be ebike from Wheel Heat. A local business worth supporting.
The shop has moved a few kilometres to Dudley South at 323a Bass Highway aka White Road. Knowledgeable and very efficient staff assisted with our bicycle needs (we have cycled 8000km in last 6 months in 4 states.
Worse customer service I have experienced. The tall man is so rude and grumpy. I was made to feel like I was an inconvenience. Sorry, you are working in retail, If you're not a people person maybe get a job in the background somewhere else! Ended up getting my service at B'Spoke Mobile, highly recommend them for your servicing needs.
Caring, attention to safety and adventure. Kelly and the team at Wheel Heat are the real goods. Their patience in understanding my specific needs to start an ebike community share pilot was brilliant. The staff work as a great team and their way of doing things has left a very big smile on my face. Im looking for a reason to travel back down to see them and explore their part of the world on my aweome E-fatbike. Keep up the fantastic work of putting smiles on peoples faces.
I have had the most amazing experiences with Wheel Heat. First of all, when my friend and I were riding to raise money for the Great Cycle Challenge - Morgan serviced both our bikes free of charge to support our cause (which was amazing)! This year during Covid - I was struggling with back issues and unable to get treatment for it due to restrictions. I was trying desperately to get a Cross Trainer to help alleviate some of the tension in my back without impact. Morgan and Kelly graciously offered to source one for me and then worked tirelessly to get one for me even though there were issues with delivery and transit (due to Covid). I could not be more grateful. They are so friendly and always ready with a smile to assist any way that they can (although due to masks unfortunately their smiles are hidden). Kelly is just amazing - she worked her butt off and kept me in constant communication with regard to getting me a cross trainer. She went over and above and I appreciated everything she did. And when it finally arrived they delivered it to my door, fully assembled. I could not more highly recommend this awesome team! I wouldn't go anywhere else!
In the times of the pandemic gripping our country and the world it’s a little harsh leaving a bad review on the only bike shop on the basscoast. With difficulty of getting stock and dealing with a wide variety of bikes out there and the pressure of retail in these times its tough. So maybe if your from a metro city maybe you need to remember this when visiting us in regional Victoria. Regional towns and the people running the local economy do a fantastic job in the whole. I think Wheel-heat do a good job in small shop with a large range of products catering for most of your cycling needs and staff that always try their best. Always With a smile from underneath their face mask #shoplocal
