I am extremely disappointed at the poor service I have received. I had a MRI for my right shoulder on Thursday 1st April at 7:00am. I have subsequently made four phone calls over the space of a week to try and obtain a copy of the report of this scan. Each time I have been told by the receptionist that it has not been signed off by the consultant doctor. The last phone call was made today at 4:45pm, 8 days after the scan was performed. No report has yet been forthcoming. Until the results of the scan are reported on, no further treatment can be performed to restore function in the shoulder. If I knew that it would take this long I would have gone elsewhere. This poor level of service is unacceptable.

Amazing experience! Jo, the sonographer was incredible- very professional, friendly and clearly very experienced. I felt very confident and relaxed in the clinic there. She went out of her way to ensure my experience there was perfect. Thank you
Missed a life threatening condition on my MRI, resulting in my admission to ICU when overseas for 2 weeks as a result of this condition. Luckily I had travel insurance. My life has been irreversibly changed as a consequence of this missed diagnosis.
Very friendly & efficient staff. Was anxious about my MRI and they guided me through the process in a calm & helpful manner.
I have attended mater imaging many times in the past 11 yrs ! They're the only imaging that I will go to and recommend. The staff are Excellent . The waiting area facilities are immaculate. It can at times become busy & you my have wait a little longer then your expected time. I have know problem with that. Overall a very well run operation and highly recommend them.
I have attended Mater Imaging for the past 10yrs and have nothing but praise for all of the staff & the standard of treatment provided. From the moment I enter Reception I am greeted with a warm and friendly smile. I receive the upmost respect as I am guided with caring hands during my mammogram. Every treatment stage is explained in full satisfying any concerns I may have. I will be always thankful for the expertise of the Radiologist & team as I was diagnosed with Breast Cancer during my testing 2yrs ago. I will continue to travel the long distance as I know I will receive that little bit extra caring and a friendly smile to make my journey that much more bearable. Forever grateful, thank you team.
I have been going to mater imaging for years staff very pleasant service is excellent and if u need x-rays in and out very quickly sometimes no waiting
