Do not service your car here. They have no idea what they are doing.... As long as they can cash in some money from VW headquarters, while your car is on warranty. You shouldn't be bother to return there. Very expensive

All the staff are very nice except one lady who is super defensive and appears to be angry all the time, even on the phone. She uses a lawyer's vocabulary to sound like she knows a lot which is seriously annoying. The service charges on the vehicle were surprisingly affordable and they did a thorough cleaning of my car which was a nice surprise.
Huge thank you to the service department at Volkswagen. I needed a last minute book in for my car and not only were they happy to squeeze me in they went above and beyond to get my car back to me the same day. I was dealing with Steven on the front desk and he was so friendly and willing to help. Great to know VW look after you even after you've bought your car!

Appalling customer service from their Service Centre, their Service Centre manager literally hung up on me before I could finish & didn’t want to hear a thing I had to say, I was simply expressing how poorly they already have already treated me. I don’t think it’s acceptable & their standard for customer service must improve dramatically. The gentleman I spoke to was immensely rude & certainly needs a reality check, customers fuel your business, you’re easily replaceable if you cannot do what your position requires from you. Wake up & smell the pudding before it's too late.
