Came in just for a pre purchase check for a mini and was treated incredibly poorly. I’m sure all the other staff members are lovely people but the customer service Hayley provided was sub par to say the least. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND getting any pre purchase checks done here, Redbooks is the same price and provides a much better service.

A more deceitful, conniving bunch of backstabbers you're not likely to find anywhere else. They make promises and then renege. Unlike their below comment, they did nothing to make the situation better. Rather, by their lies and deceit, they made the situation worse, and my wife and family were forced to suffer as a result. And this was just before the lockdown. If I could give a minus rating, I would. My advice is to stay well away from these punks.
I'm always stopping in at the place to check out what's new. Eagerly hanging for new performance models. If you want to be looked after, definitely ask for Keith, he's a gentleman and will make you laugh while falling in love with the BMW Brand.
