Having worked at MMJ for 18 years and only recently retiring, it was a no brainer as to who to list our property for sale with. In saying that I have never been on the other side of real estate, and becoming a client for the first time was different, however it was a very good different, with Daniel the communication was great, the advice given and the result we achieved was brilliant. Daniel demonstrated an extensive knowledge of the market, particularly in this unique climate. He expertly guided us on how best to present our property and was extremely sensitive the circumstances of the sale. He displayed a professional attitude in every aspect including the appraisal, planning the best possible advertising campaign and dealing with my family, especially my dad. A significant strength of Daniel is his ability to communicate effectively, including us on all areas of the selling process. I was particularly impressed by his prompt replies to any queries we may have had and providing us with detailed information about all the people who visited during the open house inspection. I would recommend Daniel very highly and we would not hesitate to employ him again should the situation present itself.
Excellent, professional David and his team were personable, knowledgeable and available when we requested a mid-week inspection. During the property purchasing process he and his team were flexible throughout the 6 week settlement period to fit into our busy work schedules, organised essential maintenance swiftly in our new property within 24hrs and were considerate in the offer process by communicating clearly and openly. They were also respectful of the wishes of the vendor and prioritised this over their own interests as a business. It was pleasing to see and they certainly offered us quality service. On the day of settlement, the team stayed back after hours so that I could pick up the keys after work. Would recommend.
Daniel was very professional. He kept my mother and I very informed on how the sale of her villa was progressing. His advised advertising and sale preparation worked very well and the villa was sold within a couple of weeks with a very good price.
