Unfortunately I had to be with McPhail Real Estate for 10 years and they are the worst real estate I’ve ever dealt with. In my experience, the staff have been rude and obnoxious towards me and my family. They have treated us with disrespect and seem to be only after our money. I had an issue with the privacy of myself and children being invaded by the real estate and their response was “you signed a lease so we can do what we want". I caught this real estate breaching the privacy act and had to have the matter investigated through the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner where they were found to be guilty of breaching the Privacy Act (1988) and as a result were forced to remove my personal information from the property condition report. Even my Rental Bond couldn’t be returned due to their incompetence as they didn’t provide the account details that were provided to them. I would never trust this real estate with my property and would never use them. Instead I would use the best real estate in my opinion, which is the First National at Albion Park.
