So many art supplies, so little time! :) Fantastic, supportive advice from Bill today. This is a family run business and it really shows in all the best ways. The amazing range and reasonable prices will keep me coming back here for sure. Cannot recommend enough.
We are attempting to have a large piece framed here. The price of this job is 750. When in the store the service was terrible. From, inhospitable, lack of product knowledge (particularly surrounding oversized works), to indignant attitudes. There was a lot of ‘oh that’s the framing departments issue, I don’t know’ as apposed to ‘I’m not sure I’ll check with the framing department’... There is a big difference. When I called just now, 7 weeks after we dropped off the job, to check if it was ready and if it would be fitted with a hanging wire I greeted with indifference. Then I was asked for a docket number, I didn’t have it, I offered my surname and described the work but this information was ‘of no use’... Really disappointed in the service from this place across multiple staff members. I really think they need to take a good look at them selves and remember that they are in fact part of the service industry. Not impressed!
A beautiful shop, packed with everything you could ever want art-wise. VERY knowledgeable and very friendly staff. I walked out, hands full and grateful for the experience I had just had. Highly recommend and I will be forever a customer there!

Service slow, but friendly when I was served. Amazing product range. Parking okay, but difficult to exit. I bought a manuscript calligraphy set (40) and a monzo pen (29.95). Both great quality and good value.
A great family-run art store with a huge array of art and craft supplies - a rarity of its kind these days. Very friendly and helpful service
