I recently had a facial at Laser Cosmetica with Kasey and it was absolutely incredible. I was made to feel comfortable right from the minute I walked in the door. I have had many facials at other places before, however this one would most defiantly have to be the best one that I have had to date. While applying masks and the LED light, Kasey just didn't leave the room and come back 15 minutes later, she used that time to give me a neck and shoulder massage as well as a hand and arm massage. The process wasn't rushed, and I could tell she genuinely cared. It was just what I needed, I left feeling so refreshed and relaxed. I will defiantly be back for another facial :)

For me this was an experience... this was not just a treatment. It was an amazing experience. I felt reconnected and humbled by Kasey and her huge care factor while I was in her salon. If you need some “me time” this is the your next destination.
Such a beautiful salon with even more beautiful people. Kasey is not only highly knowledgeable and professional but also super lovely and she makes you feel like you're a friend not just a client. I come here for laser and spoil myself with facials every now and then. Highly recommend for anyone with skin concerns or feeling like a little pampering or just wanting laser in a clean, beautiful salon. You won't regret it.
Had an eyebrow tattoo removal and I am so happy with the result after just 1 treatment. I was well informed with what I should expect. It was such a warm and welcoming environment . Highly recommend !
Kasey’s service is exceptional and professional . I went in for a facial and she knew exactly what my skin needed .The whole experience was like being at a day spa ,from the atmosphere to the oils burning and the little treat left for you at the end of your treatment . The girls are amazing here! So passionate, caring and super professional - their new clinic in Wollongong smells so beautiful when you walk in & is so inviting.
