I had the best shopping experience today when I found Florentine Collection in Wollongong. I was warmly welcomed by Carmen as soon as I entered the shop. I was searching for a Mother of the Groom outfit and Carmen showed me many different options, her range of clothing is amazing. It was obvious that this lady knows how to style different sizes and shapes. I purchased an absolutely beautiful dress for my son’s wedding and also a gorgeous on trend outfit to wear to my daughter in law (to be) hens night. I will be sharing my lovely experience with my friends and look forward to shopping in this wonderful store with the lovely Carmen again soon. Thank you Carmen it was a pleasure to meet you.

Amazing experience today when I entered Florentine Collection in Crown St, Wollongong to look for an outfit to attend a wedding. Carmen was so professional, courteous and certainly knew the fashion industry. Her shop was filled with quality, beautiful clothes and it was a pleasure to spend time utilising her extensive expertise to help me choose the right outfit. You don’t find a special shop like this often and you certainly rarely get this level of customer service and experience with the advent of online shopping, a hit and miss experience! If you haven’t already, visit Carmen for that special quality outfit, you won’t be disappointed!
What an amazing shopping experience. So many beautiful styles and labels to choose from. Carmen went above and beyond to help me choose the perfect outfit for a wedding i was attending. What a wonderful store with wonderful International brands like Frank Lyman and Joseph Ribkoff. Carmen the boutique owner and staff provide the best service around, I would highly recommend a visit here if you need a special outfit.
