I would highly recommend Tobi Pinazza and his team at CMG AV for any of your AV requirements, be it online or in person. After my first conversation with Tobi, I knew that CMG were the company we should work with. We usually hold our event in person but this year due to current circumstances we had to produce our event online from multiple locations around Australia. Tobi and his team helped us achieve our vision without out any hassles and were always happy to help solve a problem or do further research if they didn't have the answer. Their professionalism and cool calm nature when operating our sessions is a testament to how the company work together as a team. Tobi was always available to discuss any changes or additions to our program. His team were always very accommodating for any last minute changes on the day. My husband and I decided to involve CMG Audio Visual into our wedding, in order for our guests to experience our wedding (as being there in person wasn’t an option due to COVID restrictions). The production was so involved and professional. We are so thrilled with how the crew used their skills to present what was happening to a hundred or so people, watching it all from home. The sound was perfect, the shifting from camera to camera while live streaming was brilliant. We lost count of the number of guests that commented on how great their experience at home was watching us get married. Tobi was extremely helpful to deal with. His communication was always prompt. Today I had a day of filming booked for my business and our mic system died half way through. We had already started, I had our film guy booked for the day, the lights and set were up and I had put aside other commitments. Worse case, I could foresee the entire day being a total waste of time.... No sound... no footage. Fortunately the team from CMG looked at the issue on the spot, came up with a solution within 30mins and I was able to complete our day as planned. Thanks for going above and beyond for such a small job guys I appreciate the timely & friendly service. It's the small less prominent acts of great customer service that set aside a good business from a truly professional one. Highly recommended.
