If there was the option for a zero star review, I would've selected that. Very rude, disrespectful and invasive workers who show no sense of professionalism and dignity in the execution of their work. I would not recommend to anyone.

Kristy Tomlin is the worst account manager! She is rude, unhelpful and when challenged on her behaviour refuses to reply to emails. She is a horrible person to deal with and I would avoid her like the plague! Really is a shame there isn’t a negative 5 start option!
As a customer we have paid an advance of 3000 AUD and nothing has happened it pure fraud firm we're going to prosecute!
Horrible customer service from Madelyn, was rude, immature and condesending. I called again to speak to someone higher was put through to Bianca and was met with the same dismissive attitude. To the employer of ADR I would seriously access your staffs personality capabilities because this is laughable customer service and poor behaviour in an area that needs listening and understanding.
Rebecca was rude, and threathened us. Didn't have the patient to talk calmly. Definitely rude. Problems were not solved because she was not reasonable.
