I got what I thought was a good exchange rate and I was asked to leave a rating, but they said the rate was an error and I got a lower rate, which was still pretty good, but then I came back twice more trying to get AUD for my USD and they didn't have AUD. The last time I went in I said maybe I should go somewhere else and they agreed. I just went through my reviews and saw this, which I had forgotten about and changed the rating from 5 to 2 stars. The Red Rate at Campsie was excellent.
Rate is lower than the averge. Not good to exchange big amount. And the staff is rude.Especially the old lady.
Look up on the site it said that the store open until 5pm. Turn up at 4:10pm the store closed. Rang the number stuff told me sorry we had to go early. And I am guessing this isn't the first. Really not happy. Will have to find another place to change the currency. Will lodge further complain.
Close and convenient from airport therefore rates are really bad. Went for a drive 11 mins to another location with the same company, much better rate.
