I've now tried 3 times to have a simple change of ownership processed at Winston Hills store. 1st time - lodged at Winston Hills but Telstra claims they don't have it. 2nd time yesterday- system was down and they took my number and said they would call when it was back up. Never received a call. 3rd time was today- was told I'd be waiting 5 min and more than 30 min later I was still waiting to even be served so I just walked away....my contract is up next week and I won't be renewing it with Telstra. Unfortunately this isn't an isolated incident with poor customer service online, by phone and in store.

I attended the Rouse Hill store to obtain an E-Sim. They informed me they were out of stock and to try the Winston Hills store. I called the Winston Hills store and stayed on hold for ten minutes which is fine. However, a female employee (working morning of 30/05/2020) finally answered and stated "we don't keep stock reports and I can't check". We asked if she could physically check the stock which she refused and said we had to attend the store. She wanted us to drive 20 minutes plus 20 back (40 minutes) on the gamble that they had the stock. Absolutely appalling service when I have been a customer of Telstra for 18 years. We have lost customer service in this county.

Appalling service.... when there are staff available! They only have time to serve you if there’s commission in it for them-forget about them helping you after the sale...they just fob you off to call centers. Every dealing/sale/connection I’ve done with this store has resulted in major issues & loss of afterwards. They add things to your account (I’m sure for commission) without explaining it to you (15/month premium service) & don’t offer any customer service after the sale. The male workers are extremely rude/arrogant to women & have NO respect for a customer unless you are buying a product!
