From the moment we stepped into Winning Appliances Chadstone, my husband and I were both impressed with the service that we received. Since they do not work on a commission based remuneration scheme, we never felt pressured into making our purchases for our kitchen renovation. Vincent is knowledgeable and did an exceptional job finding a solution that fit our needs and our budget. He went above and beyond to make sure that we were happy with the purchases that we made and made recommendations to bring our new kitchen to life. I previously had 5 stars..... But unfortunately how Aaron from winnings appliance has delt with an item that has been delayed has been very very poor. I ordered this Bosch dishwasher in November 2020 and it's now March 2021 with no delivery date still. I wasn't advised upon purchasing there was an issue with a back log from Bosch. And I'm sure he knew that because he wanted the sale. Every month that goes past I'm chasing him for answers, not the other way round. If I was told from the start that there was a delay or more clear transparency than I would respect that and any given situation that has delayed this item. He delivers well when stock is in and he wants to win your sale. Once the sale has been made, and there is issues he doesn't show the same initiative. My advice is triple check each item before purchasing, because if you have any issues he will give you empty answers that you have to initiate the discussion. Very frustrating and time wasting

Rock took the time and effort to explain to us about induction cooking and gave us what we think is a great price on the cooker.
