Booked in a major service on 11th December, earliest they could fit me in was 12th Jan. A whole month to wait, but not a big issue if they're decent. Turns out that for servicing, all of the dealerships there are under the banner of Darwin Motor Group, so when I arrived at Suzuki, the gentleman inside vaguely gestured towards where they were. So I went over, was told it would be done by the afternoon. Got a call around 4pm saying it hadn't been started, and if I didn't leave it with them overnight, it would have to be rescheduled. I needed the car overnight, so I asked if I could bring it in the following morning, but the answer was no. What a complete joke. No apology, no service, and when I was told that the manager would call me back to discuss and reschedule the service in '15-20 mins', I heard nothing. No big surprise. Save your money and time and go elsewhere.

I ordered my car from Wilma in October knowing there would be a long wait. However since that time, I’ve unexpectedly had to move interstate due to work. Wilma and Darwin Suzuki have been incredibly helpful along the way, offering a full refund on my deposit, but allowing me to retain my order and arranging for my car to be delivered to Victoria instead - incredibly helpful in this current pandemic climate. Many thanks guys, very happy with your efforts!

No stars here. Wont let me post with no stars. An APV van bought Feb 2018. Air con fixed by me twice already and gone again - should have been warranty. Van not road worthy and not been able to be used for six months due to faulty cluster box that is no longer available and can't be repaired. Terrible customer service.
Really horrid location change, and staff was quite rude. Unfortunate as they had been quite nice before, no idea what's happened now

Gave my car for a full service 3 weeks ago. My car wouldn't start today morning and had to get my battery replaced while being very late for work. My service report said they checked the battery.. Apparently NOT.
