Got my bmw serviced, lady at front desk had a terribly rude attitude. Informed them 3 times about an issue that needed to be fixed, it wasn’t even acknowledged in the service. When asked about it she said they “ran out of time” although my car was their at 8 in the morning and only completed at 5. Will not be returning here, do not recommend

"Customer with an attitude” are not welcome at DMG BMW service centre ! Owning a BMW Z4 is an attitude in itself madam FYI... Took a quotation for service of my car and rarer break pads to be replaced so she gave me a rough estimated quote 1800 could be more or less she mentioned on checking my key which shows up the needful my z4 needs, I got an appointment after 3weeks which was fine paid advance 600 as they had to call the break pads from interstate which was perfectly alright got there after 3week with my z4 before giving my key it just click my mind to confirm the price I need to pay when I come back to pick my car, I was been told 2800 when I told the lady that is way too much as I was been told 1800 roughly in which I already paid 600 so balance should be 1200 roughly or little more to 1500 as it was n estimated price may be the girl forgot to add labour or GST etc but she told me 2800 straight up 1000 on which I was been quoted it totally felt that this is not right it’s an rip off, The girl who gave me the estimated quote then telling me she doesn’t like the attitude of mine just coz I’m asking her that what she quoted me was way too less and what they going to charge me is way too high on which in a very rude manner she explains me that was an estimated price I only got my rare break pads changed for 1000 so if I have got my maths right they were charging me 1800 for a service in which they clearly mentioned they would change the engine oil, spark plugs, air filters n etc for an extra 1800 for a BMW Z4 2016 model 32k done machine, I love bmw and always had a dream to own one which I have now but this kind of service to rip you off if I own a bmw by the bmw service centre in Darwin, I even change my mind to upgrade my car from here so it’s better I take my attitude somewhere else who understand “customers attitude”.
Disappointing services for BMW customers. Waited nearly 45 min to get a service quote and finally staff told quote can not be given. This happened twice and waste of my time. BMW service staff is not polite and got some attitude. I will not recommend this place for any BMW customers.
Very average servicing, certainly at the lower end of the various BMW dealers I've interacted with over the years...
