Extremely disappointing and unprofessional after sales service. They are good until they have your money. I have dealt with them by phone on over a dozen occasions - there is never a follow up by them, they don't keep promises or commitments, I always had to get back to them. Only a 12 mth warranty on the product which has had a few minor issues and they actually want to charge me for the experience ! It is run by a young 18/19 yr old who seems to know his product, but has no idea at all about how to run a business. Customer service is non-existent. Buy elsewhere if you can.

they are not very professional about customer satisfaction ordering of parts is not a strong point and telling you that they will be delivered in a couple days that was 2 weeks ago very disappointed with them warranty is something they avoid price that you get for the bike changes when you get there then extra charges to make up for there short fall just need to get up to date with the consumer rights over all very unprofessional and blame shifting is a strong policy on there behalf
Found Matt and the team to be friendly and helpful. Would happily buy from them again.
Dropped off a small quad bike that was not starting correctly. They were helpful and although it took a bit longer than I expected due to a staff shortage it was fixed without any problems and the service was very good. Would happily deal with them again.
Mechanic was good guy very helpful. That's about as far as I can go for compliments
