Communication within this company is poor. They give late results with no communication to the customer. Don't reply to emails sent, just give excuses like I meant to reply to that days after. Have to hound them constantly to get the results. They just keep putting it off to "tomorrow". Certainly wouldn't recommend them to anyone building!!
