I'm sorry to say but I'm in the same boat as the other recent reviews. They must be having some staffing issues or something because the communication is gone, appointments that never happened, scripts that get lost in translation and don't seem to exist anymore. No call backs, no return emails, doctors leaving. It's a shame because it seemed really promising, things were going well and I noticed an immediate improvement in life quality. Hopefully they can get it together and get the staff trained properly sooner than later.

My experience so far is .. Fantastic Dr I feel finally understanding my needs . Yes it’s not cheap / then if you want to feel better I feel it’s certainly better than artificial medication. Staff on the phone are lovely.. Thanks Team
