Customer service is exceptional at this store. Have ordered take away and because my order wasn’t ready and the beer I wanted wasn’t bottles gave me a tester to try while I’m here. The food is consistently great and will continue to always come to this store mainly for the great service! Good job guys

Fritzenbergers Wilston always go above and beyond expectations . The staff show such professionalism and many Brisbane restaurants could learn something from how they run a great establishment . The food is always fresh, delicious and promptly served. The bar staff always seem happy in their work down to remembering you from previous visits. Personally rate this as one of Brisbane's best Bar/ Restaurants.

I love the chicken wings! Good size and good flavour. The only reason I am not giving 5 starts is because they close too early (8 pm sometimes).
Went there today for lunch. It was a very long wait for our order & when it came the chips were cold. The burgers were also the size of sliders. My burger was tasty & the beer was good, plus its a nice place to sit outside, but very pricey for what you get.
I ordered 1 item from them. A fritzenburger. Due to allergies i asked them to refrain from adding tomato and fritzensauce. Im lucky i checked beforehand, as they added both. Upon trying to call the restaurant, my calls were declined, and i learned through uber eats that a refund will not be received for another 5-10 days. Meaning the only money i had in my bank account, of which i was using on dinner, will be absent from my account for 5 more days. Ive ordered from them before with no hassles. These guys make amazing burgers and have never had this problem before and the staff there are very friendly and work very hard. I just dont want to die eating a burger, i’d rather not die in general actually
I've eaten/ordered from here many times over the last year and it's been consistently good food and service. All your staff are doing a great job, especially your kitchen staff the food is awesome!
Every time we’ve been here we have had great customer service! The staff are really friendly and helpful with my allergy and I have never had any contamination issues. And the burgers are amazing!
