My Cayman has been serviced here since new and is still running strong almost 7 years later. The service team, in particular Colin and Ken, have always been friendly and professional to deal with even when honouring warranty fixes. While the fixes were for non-serious issues, including some that were proactively fixed during a service, being a Porsche the parts did not come cheap - but there was never any resistance or hesitation from the team to rectify the issues ASAP under warranty with a late-model courtesy car. This provides me with a lot of confidence in both the Porsche brand and buying a car from this dealership. On that note, Lucas and Ben from the sales team were very easy to deal with and helpful, making the process pressure and hassle-free for me. To top it off, there's always a warm welcome from the front desk on arrival and an offer for coffee/water when waiting for my car. Thank you for making me feel like a valued client - I know where I will be buying my first GT car :)
I recently picked up Cayenne Coupe for my wife after six months of waiting time (first time purchase at Porsche). On the day of purchase, I literally walked in without making any appointment, yet, they were very accommodating. Stewart was the sales person who was available at that time and he was polite, knowledgeable and also realistic - he takes into consideration on all aspects - who is driving the car and for what use - and recommended various options that worked well for us (even though we already kind of knew what we wanted as I played around with the configurator more than 20 times). In short, this car was for my wife and the kids, so we spent more money on safety options vs performance options. Never once did Stewart tried to convince us to consider more options - he only explained the benefits vs price in a very friendly and unassuming way. It took more than 2 hours for us to decide on the options and not once did Stewart looked at his watch. ;) One funny moment I remember was when he carefully asked what car I currently own as I was adamant on getting the ambient lighting option, I replied, "...Mercedes and... Audi" and he simply said "I knew it!". And we both had a chuckle. Delivery was easy. Minimal fuss. They kept the communication to minimum which I loved. I see myself as an extremely fussy person when purchasing anything, but the way Stewart dealt with the whole process was nothing but professional and friendly. Completely understand why people stick with Porsche forever after their first purchase. It's not just the car, it's also the whole experience which makes it a very special brand. Thank you Stewart (and Steve who also made it extremely hassle free).
Terrible. When I enquired about taking a car for a test drive the sales person asked if I wanted to wait until my husband was available. It’s 2021!!! Are you freaking serious? So, I went to Alto Land Rover Artarmon where I received informative respectful advice and am super happy with our new Range Rover Sport (which my husband didn’t test drive, or choose the specs, or visit the showroom, or order, or pay for, or pick up!!!). I am still going to get myself a Panamera but it certainly won’t be from here.
Recently picked up my 2019 cayenne, have to say the service provided by Stewart from sales and the staffs were phenomenal! He was wonderful in every aspect, the fact that he was accommodating and had given everything the gentle touch was just fantastic. I have given 5 stars not just because he made my purchase an ease and memorable, but the fact that he also cared about my partner and my kids at the delivery, made the whole experience more extraordinary, well done Stewart.
Gareth is in a league of his own when it comes to client relations and conflict resolution. Had a strange issue with my new 992 911 and was getting a lot of push back from the higher ups (I'm being deliberately vague) Gareth jumped in, was eloquent, empathetic and reassuring. He took control of the situation and got me the desired result. Would go back to these guys in a heartbeat to buy my next car which may or may not be a 911 Turbo S or Cayenne Coupe GTS! Bonus shot of my 992. Love the Gentian Blue!!
We recently picked up our Porsche Macan turbo. The whole experience from expression of interest to drive-away was seamless. Stewart Budd, our salesman, was exceptionally knowledgable, experienced, friendly and allowed us the pleasure of test driving every Macan model so as to fit our lifestyle perfectly. Every email, phone call and interaction with any of Willoughby staff was absolutely faultless. On the day of pick up, we did not feel rushed and the hand-over was exceptional. Stewart was so thorough in explaining every detail of our new car and we were ladened with flowers and gifts. We felt so special and had such a memorable morning picking up our first Porsche! Thank you Stewart. You are amazing at what you do! Cannot recommend Porsche Willoughby enough.
Excellent Customer Service! Although Porsche Mascot is closer to me, I had a memorable experience with the team at Willoughby. I had to bring my car into service urgently over December and Albert from the Service Team took great care of me during the whole process and got my car back to me very promptly. Finally a team that is true to the quality of the world class cars they are selling! Thank you!
