Joe and team were great from quote to completion. He helped us navigate getting strata approval and discussed the best and most energy efficient options for our air con. No option was too hard, where other companies didn’t seem as confident. The guys that fitted the air con were friendly&professional and double checked everything with us. They left the place cleaner than when they arrived. Highly recommend!

The ONLY place to go for your air-conditioning needs! Joe and his team are superb in all regards: from recommending the perfect unit for the space (taking into account future needs too), to quality installation with minimal disruption. They even go the extra mile to hide the conduits so that it is not intrusive. It was fully installed from start to finish in three hours with no sign that the team had even been there. The unit Joe recommended is quiet both inside and out but instantly cools our living room. I would always recommend Jaicrest if you're getting air-conditioning.

Great service for sale and installation of a multi unit air conditioner in our older style apartment on the lower north shore train line. Very professional, neat and tidy job, completed on the day promised. Found Joe to be very helpful in describing how the finished works would fit on our small balcony. Very happy with the finished product.
Great service started with excellent advice, followed by installation as promised, a multi-split system, and all installed in an upstairs unit in just over 7 hours. Every care taken to ensure a clean job with no damage to common property (very important to keep on good terms with the strata body). I can highly recommend Jaicrest as customer focused and responsive to individual needs.
