Honestly, Have never received Such great service from an airline. When booking tickets and needing to change details they couldn't have been more helpful. Picked up the phone within the fist few rings, spoke to a friendly voice and made it SO EASY. Choose These guys over the big guys. Flexible, Safe and Friendly. Honestly felt like my own private Jet service. Great pricing also!!!

Honest airline which provides a quality rural air service. I lost an expensive pair of earphones on the plane and when I called up, lost property Pelican had found and kept them for me to collect. Note that the advantage of pelican is being able to fly low density routes and the planes are small and offer sometimes bumpy rides with with no in air service. I’m okay with that as the flights are short.

Great flight from Canberra to Newcastle. Really easy and there were no delays. Bags were off the plane before me. Will use this regularly.

Canberra to Newcastle. Love flying with these guys as you really feel like you are flying. Nothing better than being able to look through to the cockpit and see the pilot and co-pilot doing their stuff as you take off and land. Especially love watching the landing into Newcastle when the jets are about. Always friendly staff and crew.

Cool prompt small airline. Had no trouble getting to and from our destination.

Ballina - Newcastle. The staff were very friendly, the seats were very comfortable with fairly sufficient legroom (I'm 6ft 2), the air con was right on point and I had a great view into the cockpit as well as outside for the 80min flight. The only downside was that the ticket was a bit pricey for what I got, not too pricey though. That and (yes I'm being a tad nit picky here but I just want to give people a heads up) the seat pocket in row one wasn't wide enough to put a magazine in. There also wasn't any in-flight service (the pilots were the only crew on board) , but that was clearly stated on their website when I purchased my ticket. And I was given a bottle of cold water when I boarded. For a small regional airline, using small (nearly) 30 yr old planes, they do a very good job and they do it well. I'll definitely fly with them again.

Flew direct from Newcastle to Adelaide on a Friday night. The flight left Newcastle at around 7ish. If you can gat a window seat you get to see Newcastle at night, really nice sight. The flight took just over two hours and i would happily take it again. The crew were friendly and the flight was smooth. If your happy to take a flight to Sydney and the another to Adelaide then do it. Pelican can get you from Newcastle to Adelaide in two and a bit hours direct!
