They rang when the frame I selected was not in stock and assisted with selecting another suitable frame with no delay then in my pick up. They also help load the print into my car. Standout for both quality and customer service. I have used the Presentation Place over the years for various things (prints, skilfully framing artworks, gifts from the shop floor, etc), but today they proved their willingness to go above and beyond. I am trying to organise a present for my mum’s 75th birthday while she is in lockdown for a COVID test and we have a newborn baby. I have been wracking my brains between newborn rearing, and ended up leaving it to the last minute. I emailed to see if I could get some pictures of their current stock of photo frames and print some photos to go with one. Janette went above and beyond on a busy day to understand my preferences, send me options, and have the gift ready for Mum’s neighbour to pick up same day. Not only that, but without being asked she wrapped it beautifully and sent me pictures of the finished product. Kindness and quality- you can’t ask for better than that!
